Organizing is Easy. No, really!

You know that old saying, Cleanliness Organization is next to Godliness?  Yeah, me either.  But it should be it's own saying, right?  Organizing and cleaning your home not only leads to happier occupants, but it's one of the best ways to ensure that it will be seen in the best possible light during showings if it's on the market.  Think about your own experiences, even looking at houses to rent, when it comes to how you view a home.  If you walk in and there is junk everywhere, laundry all over the floor, crafting materials covering the kitchen table...what do you think?  Put simply, it makes a bad first impression.  A tidy home conveys pride of ownership!

Fortunately, there are many, MANY ways to keep your house organized and clutter-free, while also turning on the charm and saving a few bucks at the same time.  Organizing can be fun, decorative AND cheap.  Who knew?!

Take THIS idea for example.  Using a plain 'ol metal knife strip to hold kids toys?  Genius.

Sick of seeing stuffed animals all over your kids floor?  Try THIS--using outdoor hanging planters!

If you're a big Crafter (or live with one!), you know how easy it is for a little project to turn into a GIANT mess!  Go ahead and try THIS--using a pants-hanger to organize ribbon!

Whether you love to clean, or love to just...ahem...admire your stake in the Lysol Company, everyone has a giant, jumbled mess of bottles under their sink.  Organize them better like THIS--with a simple dowel rod!

Jewelry junkie?  Aren't we all.  Get your jewelry out where you can admire it every day, using THIS--a simple towel rod and some shower curtain rings.  So pretty!

Does it seem like you get a BAZILLION magazines every single month?  Do they sit around forever waiting for you to finish them?  Try THIS--a simple wall bracket with a painted bucket.  Cute, functional, and....did I mention cute?

No matter how big or small your organizing project may be, there is almost always a simple solution.  Look around your house for everyday items that you can re-purpose to make your house really shine.  These little organizing tips will have major payoffs down the road...for both your home AND your sanity!

*And don't forget....always RECYCLE your old magazines, rather then relegate them to the trash!
