Lack's Schertz Distribution Center has New Owner

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, the former Lack's Furniture Store, Inc. distribution center, located off of Schwab Road in the City of Schertz, has a new owner. The 386,000-square-foot warehouse has been vacant since Lack's filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy re-organization. 

The property was recently acquired by Salof Properties, LLC. The new owners have yet to announce their plans for the facility. 

A second former Lack's property off Rittiman Road was also sold--that one to San Antonio non-profit Daily Bread Ministries.

TripAdvisor.com says visit Schertz restaurants
